1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Alpha Engine trading bot platform, operated via the Telegram Mini App. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be a person or entity sanctioned by any government authority

3. Account & Security

Your Alpha Engine account is linked to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• Keeping your PIN and authentication credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Service Description

Alpha Engine provides an automated cryptocurrency trading service using AI-driven algorithms. The Service includes:
• Automated Trading — AI-powered trade execution based on real-time market analysis
• Demo Mode — Simulated trading with virtual funds for testing
• Subscription Access — Paid access tiers with varying features
• Referral Program — Commission-based rewards for referring new users
• Deposit & Withdrawal — USDT deposits via BSC and TRC-20 networks

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: You may deposit USDT to your assigned wallet address on BSC (BEP-20) or TRON (TRC-20) networks. Only USDT deposits are supported — sending other tokens may result in permanent loss of funds.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Network fees apply depending on the chain.

Demo Funds: Welcome bonuses and demo balances are for testing only. They cannot be withdrawn until a real deposit is made.

6. Subscription & Fees

Access to the trading service requires an active subscription:
• New users receive a free trial period upon first deposit
• After the trial, subscription fees are deducted from your USDT balance
• If your balance is insufficient, trading will be paused
• Prices may change with notice

7. Referral Program

You may earn referral commissions by inviting others:
• Commissions are a percentage of your referrals' deposits
• Available only to users with active (non-demo) accounts
• Self-referrals are prohibited
• We may modify rates or terminate the program at any time
• Abuse results in account suspension

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity
• Manipulate or reverse-engineer the trading algorithms
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Use unauthorized automated scripts or bots

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Alpha Engine is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for trading losses or market movements
• We are not liable for blockchain network failures
• Our total liability shall not exceed deposits made in the last 30 days
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your Telegram account

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination:
• Active trades will be closed
• Remaining real balance may be withdrawn
• Records may be retained as required by law

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is irreversible.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or Telegram.
